If you are applying for an access card or Visa Debit card on your account, your card and PIN will be mailed to you separately within 7 days of your account opening. The bank will then provide you with the details of your account number and other necessary details. You will also receive a Product Disclosure Statement for your chosen account, which details the Product Features, Term and Conditions and Fees and Charges relating to the account.
