The services which the Ministry places at the disposal of the citizens are organized around two sectors of intervention: that of the business acquaintances and that of information on work. Services in business acquaintances
- Prevention and the regulation of the work-related conflicts
- The promotion of the exemplary practices in business acquaintances
- Surveys following lodged complaints under the terms of certain laws of work
- The medical evaluation of the victims of an industrial accident or an occupational disease

- Publication of technical and scientific information on work, as well for the benefit of the employers as that of the trade unions, the specialists in business acquaintances, the researchers, the students and the workers
