The present heading is devoted to the legislative topicality. It provides relevant information compared to the bills forwarded by the ministerial authority to the National Assembly during the meeting.
Each page devoted to a bill takes the form of a card containing five well identified points. Thus, the page title “Bill” includes the number of the bill as well as the exact wording of the bond of the bill. Then, the subtitle “Stages of the legislative process crossed” attempts to briefly describe the stages already traversed in the process of the adoption of a new law. Also follows subtitles of it the “Summary of the bill”, which is a short text of presentation of the bill taking as a starting point the explanatory notes accompanying this last. Thereafter, Made out subtitle the “of the bill” provides, in hyperlink with the site of the National Assembly, the legal text in her original version, that is to say that at the time of its presentation to the National Assembly. The sanctioned legal text, which often defers from the original bill, is for its part accessible free on the site from the Publications of Quebec.
