The Ministry of Labor is the official trustee of documents in business acquaintances since
April 1st, 2007

Managements and trade-union as well as the referees of work must, under the terms of the Law amending the Labor regulation and other legislative measures, to deposit from now on the collective agreements and their appendices, the amendments with these Conventions (agreements) and the awards with the Ministry of Labor, and either at the Commission of the business acquaintances. The deposition of the documents concerned must be carried out in two specimens, with the following address:
